9a1e943be0 feat: multi-tab instrument analysis
Each /instruments/:id navigation opens a persistent tab in the TabBar.
Multiple instruments can be open simultaneously — state is preserved when switching.

- TabsContext: adds instrumentIds[], openInstrument(), closeInstrument()
- TabBar: renders instrument tabs (teal, monospaced, TrendingUp icon) after static tabs, separated by a divider
- InstrumentDashboard: accepts instrumentIdProp so keep-alive instances use the right id regardless of URL
- App: InstrumentRoute registers the tab on navigation; InstrumentKeepAlive mounts one dashboard per open instrument; NormalRoutes hides on instrument paths (hidden div, Routes still fires)

a24cac38ad feat: eco desk enhanced config + EUR/USD causal simulator
Eco desk (market_event_detector.py + AIDesks.tsx):
- Add currencies filter (USD via FRED, EUR/GBP/JPY/etc via ff_calendar)
- Add min_impact filter (high / high+medium / all levels)
- Add create_market_event toggle — detect surprises without creating events
- Add lookback_releases — inject last N historical releases into event description
- New _check_ff_calendar_surprises() for non-USD surprising releases
- Frontend EcoConfig: currency chips, impact dropdown, releases input, toggle

EUR/USD Simulator (EuroSimulator.tsx):
- Pure frontend causal model — no API calls, no historical data
- 3-column layout: controls | causal chain SVG | results
- FED/BCE rate sliders + hawkish/dovish tone selector
- CPI/NFP/PMI surprise inputs
- SVG causal chain: CPI→CB→2Y→ΔRate→EURUSD with dynamic colors
- Real-time pip decomposition by factor, sensitivity bars
- Route /simulator + sidebar entry

afbfeff468 feat: FF→FRED series mapping + MacroSeries visualization page
Backend:
- ff_calendar: add series_id column (migration) + FF_TO_FRED mapping dict
  (NFP→PAYEMS, CPI→CPIAUCSL, Jobless Claims→ICSA, GDP→GDPC1, FEDFUNDS, PCE)
- import_csv + sync_live now populate series_id on each FF event
- New GET /api/eco/series/{id}/history: FRED time series + linked FF events
  (surprises, forecast, actual) merged by date — enables context queries

Frontend:
- New MacroSeriesPage.tsx: sidebar with 11 FRED series grouped by category,
  recharts ComposedChart with area + z-score surprise reference lines (|z|≥1.5),
  KPI cards (latest/prev/min/max), FF events table (actual vs forecast coloring),
  z-score bar chart for recent surprises, range selector (1Y/2Y/5Y/10Y/All)
- Route /macro-series + Sidebar entry "Macro Series"

  each with default fundamental drivers, macro regime sensitivities and
  price delta thresholds
- Global report catalogue (specialist_reports) fully manual — add any report
  including non-calendar ones (e.g. Cocoa Grinding Report, ICCO)
- Many-to-many report ↔ desk linking (report_desk_links table)
- 12 default reports pre-seeded (COT, EIA, WASDE, FOMC, ECB, CPI, NFP…)
- AI scorer injects SPECIALIST DESK context block for asset classes present
  in each scoring batch (upcoming reports, key drivers, regime sensitivity)
- /specialist-desks page: desk sidebar + fundamentals editor + macro

05a475fb04 feat: system logs page + dynamic IV watchlist with auto-add from cycle
Backend:
- DB: add system_logs table (level/source/cycle_id/ticker/message) and
  iv_watchlist table (ticker/added_by/is_active); seed builtin 18 tickers
- DBLogHandler attached at startup — all WARNING+ logs auto-persist to DB
- log_system_event() helper for structured manual events
- New router /api/logs: GET with filters (level, source, cycle_id, ticker,
  date range), GET /sources, GET /cycles for dropdowns, DELETE /clear
- iv_watchlist now read from DB instead of hardcoded constant; options_vol
  watchlist/refresh/bootstrap endpoints all use get_watchlist_tickers()
- New endpoints: POST/DELETE /options-vol/watchlist-tickers/{ticker} to
  add/remove tickers; adding triggers background 1-year bootstrap
- auto_cycle: after log_trade_entries(), auto-detect new underlying proxies
  not yet in watchlist, add them and bootstrap their IV history

- New page SystemLogs (/logs): log table with level/source/cycle/ticker/date

- database.py: migration — predicted_probability sur pattern_score_history
- database.py: save_pattern_scores() stocke probability du pattern à chaque scoring run
- database.py: get_calibration_data() — Brier score + buckets de calibration par décile
- database.py: expires_at + confidence_decay_days sur knowledge_base
- database.py: decay_kb_confidence() — decay automatique + archivage à 0
- auto_cycle.py: decay_kb_confidence() appelé au début de chaque cycle (non-bloquant)
- routers/analytics.py: GET /api/analytics/calibration + POST /api/analytics/kb/decay
- frontend/src/pages/Analytics.tsx: nouvelle page — tableau fiabilité + calibration Brier
- App.tsx + Sidebar.tsx: route /analytics + entrée menu
